Get your body 'Fit for Golf'. With courses closed, this is the perfect time to work on things that might be stopping you from playing your best golf.

This is a one hour online class delivered via Zoom from the comfort of your own home and is delivered by Titelest Performance Institute certified physio, Adrian Copeland.

Exercises will be a combination of Stretching and strengthening type exercises that are specific to golf movements and requirements.

This class is perfect for you if you suffer from pain after or during golf. Or, if you cant hit it as far as you once did, or if you struggle to get to the top of the backswing due to a lack of flexibility. There will be focus on core muscles and improving flexibility in the hip and back to allow you get a better shoulder turn. We can identify areas of tightness in your body that are affecting your swing and may be lead to injury as well as bad golf! We teach some good warm up exercises that you can do prior to every round so when you step onto the first tee you are ready to play your best.

It is a great way to work on your game while courses are closed. It will improve your enjoyment of the game if you can do it without pain and stiffness.
